WARSAW — A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at Veritas Professional Development, located at 523 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, Thursday, Oct. 1.

Veritas is a soft skills and management coaching consulting company.

Owner Matt Goebel said Veritas works with companies to help develop their employees through coaching and strategic planning.

Goebel works with companies in all types of industry sectors, stating he is currently working with orthopedic and construction companies. Those companies do not have to be local.

“I have clients in Philidelphia, I have clients in Colorado right now. I’ve got clients in California,” Goebel said. “Everything is virtual. It’s a virtual world now.”

Goebel, who previously served as the Director of Christian Emphasis at the Kosciusko YMCA, said he uses the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment as well as Enneagram, personality test assessments, to make determinations such as an employee’s top five talents, the type of person they are and how they deal with conflict.
