MIDDLEBURY — Bartel & Company Realtors Auctioneers is pleased to announce the addition of Craig Blough as a broker/realtor.

Blough will be working in the real estate sales area with a focus on farms, land and farmland leasing. Blough will also be of service in other areas of real estate sales including auction work and residential and investment properties.

Being a farmer and landowner, Blough has a special appreciation for real estate and will bring his understanding of current farming dynamics and the perspective of his generation to the team at Bartel & Co.

Born and raised in Elkhart County, Blough lives with his wife, Jessica, and son, Theodore, on their family farm in Goshen where they raise cattle and crops. Blough graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural and biological engineering.

After graduation, Blough worked at John Deere in various locations throughout the Midwest. While in the workforce at Deere & Co. and later at DeLaval Inc., Blough completed his Master of Science and Master of Business Administration in food and agribusiness management.

Blough is also a robotics specialist for DeLaval in Indiana and Michigan. In this role, Blough focuses on sales, project management, facility design and practical on-farm consulting after the sale. Blough works with dairy farmers to conceptualize and convert their vision of the future into a successful build and startup.
