Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 7:17 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, 9900 block North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Justin E. Niles reported a hit-and-run vehicle accident.
• 6:49 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, 100 block East Center St. and Prosperity Drive, Warsaw. Alexander M. Lewis reported a hit-and-run vehicle accident.
• 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, 3200 block South SR 25, Warsaw. Officers addressed a civil matter.
