Lake City Bank Limits Lobby Access
News Release
WARSAW — The recent coronavirus surge throughout the area has required Lake City Bank to transition its branches to limited lobby accessibility, starting Wednesday, Nov. 18.
The change will allow the company to focus on keeping all offices open, according to a news release from the bank.
The offices will remain fully staffed. Offices with drive-up facilities will continue to provide services at the drive-up. For requests that cannot be completed at the drive-up, appointments can be made for lobby service by calling a Lake City Bank office to schedule an appointment or identify the need at the drive-up and the staff will handle it appropriately.
Lake City Bank is encouraging customers to use its digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online or by using the Lake City Bank mobile app at your convenience. Using online banking and mobile banking, you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, find an ATM and perform most of the functions you can in any Lake City Bank office.
Should you need to establish additional consumer accounts or apply for a consumer loan, you can do so securely online. In addition, the One Call Center team is available to support you through email, phone and online chat as needed. Reach them at (888) 522-2265 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
