Pets Of The Week
Press Release
PIERCETON — November is National Adopt a Senior Pet Month. All month long, the Animal Welfare League is celebrating all golden-year pets.
Momma Tiger
Momma Tiger got her name after she gave birth to two of the cutest tiger kittens the AWL has ever seen. Not only that, she was the typical “tiger mom” and protected her babies fiercely. Now that her kittens have been adopted, this five-year-old, spayed, female Domestic Short Hair mix is looking for her “happily furever after.” She has a gorgeous patched tabby coat, bright green eyes and weighs nine pounds. Momma Tiger can be a little shy and would prefer a quiet home with no dogs. She does well with children and other cats. Momma Tiger would make the “purrfect” reading companion or couch potato. Call to make an appointment to meet Momma Tiger and all of her other wonderful furry friends.
Momma Tiger’s adoption fee is $70.
Mr. Fredrickson
He’s just a good old boy, never meaning no harm. He’s never been in trouble with the law and he’s just looking for a place to retire. Mr. Fredrickson is a distinguished 10-year-old Mini Poodle/Schnauzer mix. He has a fluffy black and brown coat and weighs 20 pounds. This sweet and well-mannered boy loves to go for walks and be cuddled. Due to his older age, he struggles with going up and down stairs. He enjoys the company of other pets and people of all ages. Call to make an appointment to visit Mr. Fredrickson today.
Mr. Fredrickson’s adoption fee is $105.
