NORTH WEBSTER — The finance committee of the board of trustees for the Tippecanoe & Chapman Regional Sewer District will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23. The meeting will be held at The Union Tool Corp. conference room, 1144 N. Detroit St., (SR 15), Warsaw.
