Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 7:18 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, East Mock Road east of North CR 100E, Milford. Driver: Emily D. Christian, 42, North Grove Road, Milford. Christian was traveling westbound on East Mock Road in the area east of North CR 100E, Milford, when her vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 3:05 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, South SR 15 south of West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Driver: Brady S. Edwards, 16, East Fifth Street, Peru. Edwards was traveling northbound on SR 15 when his vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $1,000.
• 5:27 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, South Country Club Road east of East CR 300S, Warsaw. Drivers: Jacob J. Chivington, 18, East CR 600N, North Webster, and Jaclyne J. Messer, 36, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Chivington was traveling westbound on East CR 300S in the area of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. He stopped at the intersection, then proceeded through, failing to yield to Messer. Their vehicles collided. Damage up to $25,000.
• 6:07 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, South SR 15 south of West Union Street, Claypool. Driver: Bruce A. Woodward, 65, South Parry Drive, Warsaw. Woodward was traveling northbound on South SR 15 in the area south of West Union Street, Claypool, when his vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 1:44 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, North CR 300E and East CR 750N, Leesburg. Drivers: Josephine S. Day, 16, Walnut Creek Drive, Fort Wayne, and William N. Shively, 61, EMS D17 Lane, Syracuse. Day had stopped her vehicle at a stop sign. She thought it was a four-way stop and turned her vehicle into the path of Shively’s vehicle. Their vehicles collided. Damage up to $10,000.
• 7:10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 27, East CR 225S west of Sandra Lane, Winona Lake. Driver: Taryn D. Whetstone, 20, East Ramar Drive, Warsaw. Whetstone was traveling westbound on CR 225S in the area of Sandra Lane, Winona Lake, when her vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $2,500.
• 2:27 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, East CR 500N east of EMS T8 Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Austin D. Limerick, 21, West Jackson Street, Kimmell. Limerick was traveling westbound on East Armstrong Road, Warsaw, when his vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, East US 30 west of South SR 13, Warsaw. Driver: Amber R. Romanek, 23, Old Military Road, De Pere, Wis. Romanek was traveling westbound on East US 30 near South SR 13, Warsaw. She attempted to turn into a gas station, but her vehicle lost traction and hit a light post. Damage up to $10,000.
• 4:21 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, North SR 15 south of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Drivers: Luiz B. Rojo, 39, North CR 175E, Warsaw, and Deborah A. Morrison, 48, North Sunset Drive, Warsaw. Rojo was traveling northbound on North SR 15 in the area of West CR 400N, Warsaw. He failed to see Morrison’s vehicle, which was stopped in the roadway getting ready to turn, and his vehicle hit Morrison’s. Damage up to $10,000.
• 8:24 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, East Cornelius Road east of North Eastshore Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Darien J. Todd, 26, NE Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. Todd was traveling eastbound on Cornelius Road, Syracuse, when his vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $1,000.
• 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, SR 25 south of CR 600W, Warsaw. Drivers: Ernesto Purata-Arroyo, East Rochester St., Akron, and Carleigh A. Freeman, South SR 25, Mentone. Purata-Arroyo was traveling southbound on SR 25, Warsaw, when he reached in the back seat for something. His vehicle then hit Freeman’s. Damage up to $5,000.
• 1:49 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, West US 30 west of North CR 650W, Warsaw. Driver: William C. Kester, 51, Olive Road, Plymouth. Kester was traveling westbound on US 30 near North CR 650W, Warsaw, when his vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:53 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, East US 30 west of East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Driver: Rufus J. Buckhalter, 51, Bluebird Court, Fort Wayne. Buckhalter said he was traveling westbound on US 30, Pierceton, when his vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Claypool

Officers with the Claypool Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 7:33 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, West Neher Road north of Neer Drive, Silver Lake. Driver: Douglas P. Stahl, 24, North Neer Drive, Silver Lake. Stahl was traveling eastbound on Neher Road approaching Neer Drive, Silver Lake. His vehicle’s windows were frosted over, and Stahl drove his vehicle off the road and struck a pole. Damage up to $1,000.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 9:40 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, East Epworth Forest Road east of North Main Street, North Webster. Drivers: Madison D. Stevens, 27, Brook Crossing Way, Indianapolis, and Cassidy S. Elder, 18, East CR 500N, Leesburg. Stevens turned onto East Epworth Forest Road from North Main Street, North Webster. She left the roadway due to believing that Elder’s vehicle was going to collide with hers. Damage up to $2,500.
• 5:35 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, East CR 500N west of EMS T9 Lane, Leesburg. Driver: Tamela R. Garber, 61, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford. Garber was traveling eastbound when her vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 8:52 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, East CR 1290N east of North CR 825E, Syracuse. Driver: Lesa D. Swank, 51, North Fascination Way, Cromwell. Swank was traveling eastbound on CR 1290N when she came to the curve of CR 825E, Syracuse. Her blood sugar was low due to her not eating and she blacked out, causing her vehicle to go into a field. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 10:13 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, South County Farm Road south of West CR 200S, Warsaw. Driver: Crystal M. Long, 36, South Union Street, Warsaw. Long was traveling southbound on County Farm Road approaching the intersection of West CR 200S, Warsaw, when her vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 7:26 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, 101 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Driver: Allen G. Franco, 18, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Franco was backing out of a parking space and backed his vehicle into a parked one. Damage up to $10,000.
• 7:16 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, 1170 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver: Christopher R. Rassi, 35, South CR 950W, Mentone. Rassi was backing his vehicle out from being parked and his vehicle hit a parked vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
• 3:03 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29, North Tamarack Street south of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Driver: David G. Hosack, 55, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Hosack backed his vehicle east onto North Tamarack Street, Warsaw, and turned his vehicle south to face it north to travel north on North Tamarack Street. His vehicle hit a parked vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
• 1:20 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, SR 15 north of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Michael L. Smith, 19, Woodcreek Drive, Walkerton, and Penny J. Thomas, 55, EMS C27C2 Lane, Warsaw. Smith was traveling northbound on SR 15 approaching the intersection of CR 350N, Warsaw. He entered the intersection and was unsure what color the traffic light was when he entered it. His vehicle collided with Thomas’. Damage up to $25,000.
• 11:01 a.m. Friday, Nov. 27, 2556 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Drivers: Duane A. Strasser, 37, West US 30, Larwill, and Rustina J. Dodson-Berry, 59, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Strasser was backing out of a parking stall and failed to see Dodson-Berry’s vehicle behind him. He backed into her vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 1:03 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, Whitetail Run and Grey Wolf Court, Warsaw. Drivers: Roberta E. Fulton, 80, Vixen Lane, Warsaw, and Deborah A. Cox, 59, Whitetail Run, Warsaw. Fulton was traveling westbound behind Cox on Whitetail Run, Warsaw. Their vehicles collided. Damage up to $2,500.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 9:53 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, West CR 200S east of Falcon Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Nicole H. Grose, 25, South Paxton Drive, Warsaw. Grose was traveling eastbound on CR 200S, Warsaw, when her vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

• 9:15 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, Wabash avenue and West Side Road, Rochester. Driver: Kenneth R. Hecht, 28, Rochester. Hecht’s vehicle went off the roadway. He was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
• 5:57 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, SR 110 and CR 550E, Rochester. Driver: Elizabeth J. Hack, 25, Argos. Hit deer.
• 6:57 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, SR 110 and CR 550E, Rochester. Driver: Joshua S. Faris, 40, Rochester. Hit deer.
• 4:41 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, CR 450N and Old US 31, Rochester. Driver: Steven P. Hines, 63, Rochester. Hit deer.
• 11:36 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, SR 17 and CR 50S, Kewanna. Driver: Dean R. Fitzpatrick, 61, Rochester. Fitzpatrick fell asleep while driving and hit a building.
