INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Health is reporting the following COVID-19 case numbers for area long-term care facilities.
These statistics are updated weekly on Wednesdays and are total reported numbers, not just newly reported cases or deaths:
Catherine Kasper Home (Plymouth) — 10 resident cases
Courtyard Healthcare Center (Goshen) — 81 resident cases, 18 resident deaths, 65 staff cases
Grace Village Health Care Facility (Winona Lake) — 18 resident cases, 37 staff cases
Greencroft Healthcare (Goshen) — 50 resident cases, 12 resident deaths, 64 staff cases
Green House Village of Goshen — 14 resident cases
Hickory Creek at Rochester — 27 resident cases, 10 resident deaths, 15 staff cases
Mason Health Care Center (Warsaw) — 18 resident cases, 16 staff cases
Miller’s at Oak Pointe (Columbia City) — 31 resident cases, 28 staff cases
Miller’s Merry Manor (Columbia City) — 17 staff cases
Miller’s Merry Manor (Culver) — 39 resident cases, 25 staff cases
Miller’s Merry Manor (Plymouth) — 62 resident cases, 19 resident deaths, 38 staff cases
Miller’s Merry Manor (Syracuse) — 12 staff cases
Miller’s Merry Manor (Wakarusa) — 91 resident cases, 17 resident deaths, 47 staff cases

Peabody Retirement Community (North Manchester) — 52 resident cases, 102 staff cases
Pilgrim Manor (Plymouth) — 13 staff cases
Rolling Meadows Health Care Center (La Fontaine) — 44 resident cases, 10 resident deaths, 12 staff cases
The Residence at Waterford Crossing (Goshen) — 13 staff cases
Timbercrest Senior Living Community (North Manchester) — 16 staff cases
Vernon Health and Rehabilitation (Wabash) — 30 resident cases, 23 staff cases
Warsaw Meadows — 23 resident cases, 27 staff cases
Waterford Crossing (Goshen) — 27 resident cases, 24 staff cases
Wellbrooke of Wabash — 10 staff cases
Since last week, Waterford Crossing in Goshen has reported 12 new resident cases and eight new staff cases.
