Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 7:05 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, North CR 300E, Syracuse. Driver: Jane M. Griner, 62, Cherokee Road, Syracuse. Griner said a deer entered the roadway and struck the front passenger side of her vehicle. Damage up to $10,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 3:01 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, US 30, west of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Driver: Timothy W. Andrews, 54, Johnson Road, Fort Wayne. Andrews said he was driving east on US 30 when another vehicle began to merge into his lane and struck his vehicle. The other vehicle fled the scene. Damage up to $5,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 12:28 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1600 block CR 1000S, Rochester. A man reported his truck topper was stolen.
• 6:49 a.m. Monday, Dec. 7, SR 114 and CR 600W, Kewanna. Driver: Ryan J. Clark, 34, Fulton. Hit deer.
