Officers with the Claypool Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, SR 15, south of West CR 350S, Warsaw. Driver: Jamie L. Woods, 38, Calhoun Street, South Whitley. Woods’ vehicle slid off the road due to weather conditions and struck a sign, then a row of trees. Damage up to $5,000.

Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 7:48 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, SR 25, Warsaw. Driver: Lois A. Ladson, 76, West CR 800S, Rochester. Ladson’s vehicle went off the road due to weather conditions. The vehicle struck an embankment. Damage up to $2,500.

North Webster

Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 8:54 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, North CR 750E, North Webster. Drivers: Jenny M. Douglas, 40, East CR 800N, Syracuse; and Susan K. Helms, 59, West CR 500S, Albion. Douglas’ vehicle rear-ended Helms’ vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, SR 13, north of Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Driver: Sheila G. Allen, 52, EMS W28 Lane, North Webster. Allen was attempting to avoid striking a vehicle that slowed down in front of her when her vehicle went off the roadway and rolled over. Allen had a small cut on her hand but refused EMS treatment. Damage up to $10,000.

Silver Lake

Officers with the Silver Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 4:36 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, SR 15, Claypool. Drivers: Brian D. Pote, 40, Third Street, South Whitley; Jean V. Mardy, 43, West CR 1400N, Silver Lake; and Conrad D. Geiger, 72, SR 15, Warsaw. Mardy’s vehicle rear-ended Pote’s vehicle resulting in Geiger’s vehicle rear-ending Mardy’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 11:21 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Bailey C. Facer, 19, Line Street, Churubusco; and Cassandra Ibarra, 21, Sophie Lane, Warsaw. The vehicles collided in a parking lot. Damage up to $5,000.
• 10:12 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, West CR 250N, Warsaw. Drivers: Patricia E. Redpath, 71, Lydia Drive, Warsaw; and Tyler J. Duff, 29, First Road, Plymouth. Redpath’s vehicle slid into the path of Duff’s vehicle resulting in a collision. Damage up to $10,000.
• 10:02 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, West CR 300N, west of Escalade Way, Warsaw. Driver: Lindsey R. Yeiter, 30, South CR 550W, Warsaw. Yeiter’s vehicle slid off the roadway and struck a curb. Damage up to $2,500.
• 9:39 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, Rozella Road and Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Maribeth Hocking, 30, North CR 500W, Warsaw; and Sossity Goble, 44, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Hocking’s vehicle rear-ended Goble’s vehicle. Damage up to $750.
• 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, Smith Street and Hillside Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Stefanie L. Newcomer, 33, West CR 600S, Mentone. Newcomer lost control of her vehicle due to slick road conditions and went off the roadway, striking a NIPSCO pole. She complained of head and neck pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage up to $2,500.
• 8:17 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, SR 15, north of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Driver: Richard A. Zorn, 59, Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Zorn’s vehicle slid due to slick road conditions and struck a concrete center divider. Damage up to $2,500.
