Miner Sworn In As Kosciusko Superior Court 3 Judge

WARSAW — Chad Miner was sworn in as Kosciusko Superior Court 3 judge on Tuesday, Dec. 29.
Miner will officially begin his six-year term on Jan. 1; he will replace Judge Joe Sutton, who has served in the position since 1997.
Miner, a Republican, defeated Antony Garza for the seat in the November election.
Miner, a Silver Lake resident, has served on the Silver Lake Town Council since 2011 and had also worked as the county attorney.
He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Kosciusko Community YMCA, Kosciusko Community Senior Services, Kosciusko Literacy Services and the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County. He is also a member of the Warsaw Rotary Club and has worked as the county attorney since 2014.
