- Feb. 4 – James Henry Barr, 36, 119 Raleigh Court, Columbia City, was booked for burglary, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, battery against a public safety official engaged in official business, robbery while armed with a deadly weapon and meth possession and on a foreign warrant. Bond: A combination of $65,750 surety and cash.
