SYRACUSE —Lakeland Youth Center is once again partnering with Wawasee Summer League by helping with their 2021 summer baseball/softball/T-ball registrations. You can register at www.lakelandyouthcenter.com. While this week’s deep freeze and winter landscape doesn’t make it seem possible, opening day is only 75 days away.

The Wawasee Summer League encompasses Milford, Syracuse and North Webster. Divisions are based on age as of May 1. The cost is $45 for T-ball (ages 4-5) and machine pitch (ages 6-7); $60 for minors (ages 8-9) and majors (ages 10-12); $60 for girls softball (8-12) and $100 for girls softball (13-14); and $135 for 14U baseball. There is a $10 discount for additional players from the same family. Registered players will receive a game jersey and a hat.

The registration deadline for minor, major, softball and 14U is Saturday, March 27. Those signing up for T-ball and machine pitch must do so by Saturday, April 24. For further information, check out the website listed above.
