Local Man Accused Of Selling 100 Grams Of Meth To Police

WARSAW — A local man was recently arrested after dealing more than 100 grams of methamphetamine to an undercover officer on three separate occasions.
Daniel Craig Holbrook, 25, 920 Anchorage Road 11, Warsaw; also with an address of 3972 S. CR 950W, Mentone, is charged with two counts of dealing methamphetamine and dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, all level 2 felonies; two counts of possession of methamphetamine, dealing methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, all level 3 felonies; and possession of methamphetamine, a level 5 felony.
On Sept. 25, 2020, the NET43 Drug Task Force purchased 48.2 grams of meth from Holbrook. NET43 then purchased 8.6 grams of meth from Holbrook on Sept. 30, 2020; and 82 grams of meth from Holbrook a week later.
All of the purchases used documented task force funds and were captured on digital surveillance.
Holbrook has a prior conviction from 2016 for dealing methamphetamine. He was also arrested in January for hitting a pregnant woman.
For this case, he was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Feb. 11, with a $50,500 surety and cash bond.
