WARSAW — Lake City Bank recently announced the following promotions.
Lisa Mansberger has been promoted to Vice President, Trust Officer. In this position, Mansberger handles trust and estate administration and manages all of the bank’s trust escrow account activity. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Mansberger has an associate’s degree in office administration and graduated cum laude from Ivy Tech Community College and graduated from Cannon Trust School at the University of Notre Dame. She enjoys working with the elderly in her community and is a Junior Achievement volunteer.
Ryan Neese has been promoted to Vice President, Manger of Data Analytics. In this position, Neese develops and executes data strategy for the bank and works with a line of business leaders throughout the bank to support their data needs. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Neese has a bachelor’s degree from North Central University and an MBA in finance and accounting.
Corbin Holtsberry has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. In this position, Holtsberry works with commercial and agricultural clients in Kosciusko County and surrounding areas with financing and banking solutions. He has been with the bank for four years. Holtsberry has a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with a concentration in agricultural finance. He is a member of Young Adult Professionals, a Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce ambassador and a City-County Athletic Complex board member. He volunteers for the Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale.
Dan Sloan has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Credit Administration Officer. In this position, Sloan monitors credit quality and works with bankers to grow the bank’s commercial loan portfolio. He has been with the bank for one year. Sloan has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Kelsey Jenkins has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Jenkins assists commercial banking officers with loan closings, loan documentation, inspections and Paycheck Protection Program loans. She has been with the bank for nine years. Jenkins is a member of the Northern Indiana Chapter of the Risk Management Association and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Stacy Price has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Financial Analyst. In this position, Price is responsible for profitability reporting, incentive compensation planning and reporting, management reporting and data analytics. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Price has a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University South Bend.
Steven Burnside has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Investment Officer. In this position, Burnside provides investment management and financial planning services to individual, family and institutional clients of the Wealth Advisory Group. He has been with the bank for eight years. Burnside has a bachelor’s degree in finance form Indiana University South Bend and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is a Certified Financial Planner and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Ashley Gott has been promoted to Assistant Retail Banking Officer. In this position, Gott assists the office manager in providing quality service and building customer relationships. She also helps manage the daily operations of the office and handles loans. She has been with the bank for six years.
Greg Emmack has been promoted to Investment Officer. In this position, Emmack assists clients with personal investments according to their goals such as retirement, savings and wealth transfer. He has been with the bank for three years. Emmack has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Illinois University.
Jennifer Kooistra has been promoted to Commercial Loan Operations Officer. In this position, Kooistra assists commercial loan officers in preparing loan and collateral documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. She has been with the bank for eight years. Kooistra has a bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State University and an associate’s degree in business management from Ivy Tech Community College. She volunteers with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and Junior Achievement.
Virginia Wirt has been promoted to Senior Loan Administration Officer. In this position, Wirt works with bankers on construction loans, inspections, documentation, closings, funding and title documentation. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Wirt is a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Elkhart and volunteers with the Salvation Army and Junior Achievement. She has also participated as a dancer in fundraising events for Still Dancing in Elkhart, benefitting the Samaritan Center.
