Support North Webster Library By Shopping At Kroger Stores

NORTH WEBSTER — Did you know you can support Friends of North Webster Community Public Library when shopping at Kroger grocery stores?
Enroll in the Kroger Community Rewards Program using a Kroger Shoppers Card, then select Friends of North Webster Library as the organization to support. You will then earn rewards for the Friends every time you shop at Kroger and use the shoppers card.
You can also do the same by shopping online at smile.amazon.com. Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of eligible purchases to Friends of North Webster Library. Proceeds from both programs will go to support the work of the library.
If genealogy is your passion, you will appreciate the library’s extensive genealogy resources found in its dedicated Local History and Genealogy Room, outfitted with computers where they can access ancestry.com for free as well as other genealogy databases. The room also houses over 120 individual histories of local families along with local, state and regional history resources. A library card is not required to use the computers; although, a card is needed to check out items.
The April adult craft class will be held in-person at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 13. With instructor Teresa Zurcher, the class will be using vintage book covers to make curio boxes. The class is free with all supplies provided, including a variety of book covers to choose form. Pre-registration is required to participate with limited enrollment. This class fills up quickly, so sign up soon at the circulation desk or call (574) 834-7122 to reserve a spot.
