Lutheran Will Continue With Mask Policy
News Release
WARSAW — Another hospital that serves Kosciusko County has announced its mask policy in light of Indiana’s rescinding of its mask mandate.
Lutheran Health Network released a statement saying it will continue to follow all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for COVID-19, “including masking.”
The state’s mandate had changed to an advisory as of Tuesday.
The health network announced all visitors and staff will still be required to wear masks inside Lutheran Health Network hospitals and clinics, including Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw. All safety efforts remain in place as listed in LHN COVID-Safe Care. The community’s ongoing support is appreciated.
LHN urges all to continue wearing masks and adhering to the recommended safety measures including masking, social distancing, practicing hand hygiene and receiving the vaccination.
Parkview Health issued a similar statement earlier this week.
