Teressa D. Johnson, 66, of Warsaw, passed away at 4:20 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2021, as the result of a vehicle accident near Pierceton, along with her daughter, Amanda Johnson.

She was born on November 19, 1954, in Columbia City, to Louis A. & Catherine L. (Young) Jones.

She graduated in 1973 from Columbia City High School, attended Ivy Tech College in Warsaw, and was a lifetime Columbia City / Warsaw area resident. She was employed at Zimmer Biomet in Warsaw for the past 22 years in Regulatory Affairs and formerly worked at a cable company.

She is survived by a son, Christopher (Heather) Johnson of Van Buren; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Yvonna Jones (twin sister), of Warsaw and Yolonda Johnson, of Chelsea, Mich.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Robert Kettlebar.

A Celebration of Life gathering will take place from 4-7 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw.

Private family services will be at a later date.
