Free Canoeing, Paddle Boarding At Pike Lake Saturday And Monday

WARSAW — The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will offer free canoeing and paddle boarding at Pike Lake Beach from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 19, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, June 21.
No registration is required.
An annual waiver and rules sheet must be signed by each participant (must be signed by a parent for anyone under age 18). Participants under 16 must have an adult in the water with them.
Equipment is available for community use, first come, first served and may be used in timed increments. All equipment and life vests are provided.
All participants will be briefed on safety measures prior to canoeing and paddleboarding. All use will be supervised by staff.
