Taylor Anne Chapman-Reyes

Taylor Anne Chapman-Reyes, 23, South Bend, formerly of Goshen, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at her home. She was born Oct. 1, 1997, in Goshen, to Joshua D. Chapman and Penny J. Schrock.

She graduated in 2017 from Goshen High School and lived most of her life in the Goshen and South Bend area. She was married July 6, 2019, in Goshen, to Valentin Reyes, who survives. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband; daughter, Emilia Reyes, at home; mother, Penny (Shawn) Chapman, Goshen; father, Joshua Chapman, Elkhart; three half-sisters: Christy Riggs, Christin Musser, and Tonya Ransom, all of Goshen; half-brother, Christopher Schrock, Michigan; maternal grandmother, Norma Schrock, Goshen; paternal grandparents: Becky (Wayne) Horn, Elkhart and Bill (Trisha) Chapman, Spencer, W. Va.

Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Monday, June 21, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Jack Rorie of The Sanctuary in Osceola officiating. Burial will follow in the New Paris Cemetery.
