SYRACUSE — Shortly before 2 p.m., New Paris EMS and Fire were called to a two-vehicle rollover accident north of Syracuse just east of the County Road 29 overpass of US 6.

At the scene, a black Nissan Rogue was upright in the ditch on the south side of US 6. The vehicle had sustained significant body damage, perhaps due to a rollover. Nearby, a dark grey Dodge Ram 1500 pickup sat on the berm with moderate front end damage.

No information about injuries was made available. Also responding was the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.
