WINONA LAKE – Grace’s women’s basketball team earned national recognition from the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) for their work in the classroom.

The WBCA recognized the top 25 programs who accumulated the highest team GPAs in the NAIA during the 2020-21 academic year.

With a 3.642 GPA, the Lady Lancers ranked 12th in the NAIA and second in the Crossroads League. It is the second straight year that the Lady Lancers have appeared in the poll after finishing last year in eighth place.

The Lady Lancers concluded the season by qualifying for their third straight NCCAA tournament under head coach Dan Davis. The team won two games in the national tournament to place fifth.
