NORTH WEBSTER — North Webster Lions Club will host a Garage Sale-Flea Market-Food Event starting at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28. The event will be held on the Mermaid Festival Grounds. The Mermaid Festival grounds is located two blocks west of the in town stoplight.
