St. Anthony’s Free Medical Clinic Accepting New Patients

NORTH WEBSTER — St. Anthony’s Free Medical Clinic, located in North Webster United Methodist Church, 7822 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, has announced it is accepting new patients and has added a telephone number for consultation and making appointments.
St. Anthony’s provides a wide variety of primary care services, including treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, health maintenance, disease prevention and health education and promotion.
The clinic, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, staffs licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and support personnel.
The services address such common issues as colds, fever, flu symptoms, adult wellness and physical exams, laboratory services and chronic disease management.
Uninsured Kosciusko County residents between 18 and 65 years of age are eligible to call to determine financial qualification and reserve an appointment.
Clients must bring a photo ID, proof of address and proof of family income to their appointment. They cannot be recipients of Medicaid benefits, as that is considered insurance.
Clinic hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, but staff is available by phone from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
