WARSAW — Lake City Bank recently announced a new hire and a promotion.

Luke A. Weick has joined Lake City Bank as Assistant Vice-President, Marketing Officer and Data Manager.

In this position, Weick is responsible for mining customer data for targeted marketing opportunities, designing, implementing and evaluating data marketing campaigns, managing onboarding communication and direct mail and managing other marketing programs.

Weick earned a bachelor’s degree in media and public communications from Purdue University Fort Wayne. He is a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northeast Indiana Chapter.

Sandra F. Medina has been promoted to HELOC Underwriter Officer.

In this position, Medina reviews Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) applications for creditworthiness, prepares closing documents and disbursements, and originates and manages a portfolio of HELOCs.

She has been with the bank for 13 years.
