WARSAW — The funeral procession route for Warsaw Police Captain Clay A. Layne has been detailed.

Immediately following the 1 p.m. funeral service on Monday, Oct. 25, the procession will depart from Warsaw Community Church north on Ranch Road.

The procession will then travel north on Buffalo Street, east on Center Street, north on McKinley Street, and west on Fort Wayne Street. Captain Layne’s final 10-42 will take place in front of Warsaw Police Department.

From there, Captain Layne’s procession will travel north on Harrison Street and west on Sheridan Street to Oakwood Cemetery.

The community is encouraged to line the route to pay respects to Captain Layne and show support for his family and fellow officers.
