WARSAW — Given the current disruptions in merchandise supply chains, it is more important than ever to shop early for Christmas — and The Papers Inc. in stepping in just in time to help ease that burden.

This year’s Christmas Bucks promotion will run from Wednesday, Nov. 3, through Wednesday, Nov. 17. The Papers Inc. conducts the annual campaign as a way of giving back to the community during the holiday season.

A host of merchants throughout Kosciusko County are participating this year, offering entrants plenty of chances to try for any of 10 cash-equivalent prizes. Entrants can cut out an entry form found elsewhere in this edition or pick up a form from any of the participating merchants.

The process to enter the contest is simple. Merely complete the form with name, address, contact information and the store’s name and drop it in the designated festive Christmas Bucks box on site.

Forms must be placed in the stores’ Christmas Bucks boxes no later than noon Friday, Nov. 19.

Entrants must be 18 or older, but need not make a purchase to enter and need not be present to win. Drawings will take place Monday, Nov. 22, at the main office of The Papers in Milford.

All three NAPA Auto Parts locations in Kosciusko County — North Webster, Syracuse and Warsaw — are participating for their ninth year in this year’s Christmas Bucks promotion. A total of $2,000 will be given away in the promotion. The first place winner will receive $800 in Christmas Bucks, which can be spent just like cash at any of the businesses participating in the contest. The second place winner will get $500. Third, fourth and fifth places will each win $150 and places six through 10 are worth $50 apiece.

A second drawing will be held for advertisers to determine which participating merchant will win $1,000 cash. For more information, call (574) 658-4111.
