Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 10:16 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, North CR 950W, south of West CR 400N, Etna Green. Driver: Gabriella R. Padilla, 23, Clinic Court, Warsaw. Padilla’s vehicle went off the roadway and struck, a tree, coming to a stop in a creek. Padilla complained of pain in her legs and face but declined medical treatment at the scene. An OWI investigation was performed. Damage up to $10,000.
• 9:43 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, SR 25, Warsaw. Driver: Breanna M. Newman, 24, Whittenberger Street, Akron. Newman’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
• 5:42 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, SR 15, Silver Lake. Driver: Michelle L. McCoige, 29, Hughes Drive, Silver Lake. McCoige’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 2:48 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, North CR 350W, Warsaw. Driver: Ofelia De La Luz, 31, South CR 325E, Pierceton. De La Luz’s vehicle went off the roadway and struck a utility pole and a tree. Damage up to $25,000.
• 1:50 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, Packerton Road, north of East CR 375S, Warsaw. Drivers: Nathan A. Hurley, 20, Packerton Road, Warsaw; and Austin E. McKenzie, 27, South CR 300E, Claypool. Hurley’s vehicle entered the intersection into the path of McKenzie’s vehicle, resulting in a collision. Damage up to $50,000.
• 9:09 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Driver: Merle J. Stickler, 30, Monroe Street, Rochester. Stickler’s vehicle went off the road and struck trees. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 7:34 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, Smith Street, Warsaw. Driver: Neena A. Burgher, 34, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Burgher’s vehicle struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle in a parking lot. Damage up to $10,000.
• 4:40 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Drivers: Philip W. Barkey, 74, Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake; and Sayuri B. Serafin, 22, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Barkey’s vehicle struck Serafin’s vehicle as Barkey was backing out of a parking space. Damage up to $5,000.
• 3:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Kelly L. Keeling, 31, Old Farm Road, Warsaw; and Maria R. Nunez, 35, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw. Keeling’s vehicle struck Nunez’s vehicle as Keeling was backing out of a parking space. Damage up to $5,000.
• 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Randall L. Wallen, 57, South CR 400W, Claypool. Wallen’s vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the high school parking lot. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:51 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, US 30, Warsaw. Driver: Jonathon D. Amburgey, 31, Washington Road, Columbia City. Amburgey’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $10,000.
