WARSAW – The city’s Plan Commission approved a request to divide a lot along North Detroit Street.

The property, commonly known as Detroit Street Complex, is on the southeast corner of North Detroit and CR 350N.

The request by Warsaw North Detroit LLC, sought to divide the lot in two, creating a new 1.46-acre lot within the existing I-2 zoning classification.

The Plan Commission voted to approve the preliminary and final plat approval to the request.
