Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 2:28 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 1100 block East Market Street, Warsaw. Report of a hit and run.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:

• 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, 7600 block CR 775E, Rochester. A log splitter was reported stolen.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 6:56 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, Dierdorff Road and Kercher Road, Goshen. Jessica A. Scarbro, 32, 20292 US 6, Milford, was stopped for a registration violation. During the stop, she was found to be in possession of marijuana. She was released pending a future Goshen City Court date.
