Rain-Snow Mix Expected Tuesday

WARSAW – A weather system headed toward northern Indiana Tuesday will bring precipitation, but temperature shifts will determine if it arrives in the form of snow or ice or rain.
The National Weather Service predicts northern Indiana will see a slight chance of rain early. The high will be near 55 and the low will fall to 33.
A map by the National Weather Service posted on Twitter shows the southern boundary of the area that could see accumulating snow passes through Kosciusko County.
A map by Accuweather.com suggests the rain-snow line is closer to the Indiana-Michigan state line.
On Tuesday, according to National Weather Service, temperatures will hover in the mid-30s. There is a 100% chance of precipitation during the day. A chance of rain lingers at night when the low will dip to 35.
Wednesday will be partly cloudy skies during the day and a possible wintry mix of precipitation at night. The high and low will be 41 and 27, respectively.
