Clerk’s Office Explains Precinct Changes

WARSAW — Those voting in the 2022 primary and general elections in Kosciusko County may find that their precinct number has changed.
Several area precincts have been consolidated to correspond with Indiana law. Kosciusko County Clerk Ann Torpy recently put out information breaking down the changes.
Those include:
- Plain 6 is consolidated into Plain 2.
- Ward 5, Precinct 2 is consolidated into Ward 1, Precinct 2.
- Ward 5, Precinct 3 is consolidated into Ward 5, Precinct 1.
- Ward 3, Precinct 3 is consolidated within Ward 4, Precinct 1.
- Ward 4, Precinct 2 is consolidated within Ward 4, Precinct 1.
- Ward 4, Precinct 3 is consolidated into Ward 4, Precinct 1.
- Ward 2, Precinct 2 is consolidated into Ward 2, Precinct 1.
The City of Warsaw now includes the following precincts:
- Ward 1, Precinct 1
- Ward 1, Precinct 2
- Ward 1, Precinct 4
- Ward 2, Precinct 1
- Ward 3, Precinct 1
- Ward 3, Precinct 2
- Ward 4, Precinct 1
- Ward 5, Precinct 1
- Plain 5
