WARSAW – Local artist Steve Creighton has been notified that two of his still life paintings in oil have been juried into the prestigious 2022 National Art Exhibit’s 13th Biennial National Art Exhibition hosted by Visual Arts Center located in Punta Gorda, Florida.

His paintings were selected for the exhibition from hundreds of nationwide paintings entered for consideration. The paintings, Blue Vase with Peony and Repose, will be exhibited from Feb. 18 through April 16.

Creighton grew up in Atwood and majored in both Art and Business at Valparaiso University and continued his art education with graduate art courses at Indiana University. His still life and landscape oil paintings have won numerous awards including multiple Best of Show distinctions. His paintings are held by collectors throughout the country.  His studio is in Warsaw.
