PIERCETON — Pets of the Week are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League, 1048 S. 325E, Pierceton.

Scooter

Scooter is a nine-year-old, male, neutered German Shepherd mix. He has a black and tan fur coat and weighs 53 pounds.

Scooter is nervous of new people due to being an outside dog his entire life. He doesn’t do well with children because he is easily startled by fast movements. Scooter needs that special someone who will be with him most of the day and can help him through some of his anxiety.

Scooter is a very sweet guy once he trusts you. His adoption fee is $105.

Cassidy

Cassidy is an eight-month-old, female, spayed Domestic Short Hair mix. She has a brown fur coat.

Cassidy is a bit more reserved, so please give her a chance to warm up. Once she is comfortable, she will play for hours with toys. Cassidy is very active and would do best in a home where she can play. She gets along with other cats and would love to be adopted with a kitten/cat sibling.

Cassidy hopes you’ll come meet her soon. Her adoption fee is $90 and she is currently being housed at the Warsaw PetSmart.
