Timothy James Sams, 50, Wabash, died at 8:28 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.

He was born on Jan. 16, 1972. Tim married Cyndi Chambers on Nov. 14, 1997.

He is survived by his wife, Cyndi Sams, Wabash; two children, Christian Michael (Beverly) Sams, Lafayette, and Kayla Larissa Sams, Wabash; granddaughter; and brother Dallas Michael (Brenda) Sams, Lagro.
