Property Damaged By Vandals In Syracuse

Syracuse Police Department spent Tuesday, Feb. 22, documenting damaged caused by vandals during the early morning hours of that day.
Damage has been estimated at over $7,700 to buildings, automobiles, fences and signs that were spray painted throughout town. There was a total of nine victims.
Graffiti using obscene and derogatory wording was spray painted in various colors at such properties as Syracuse Hardware, Grace Lutheran Church, Syracuse Public Library, National Products, Maxwelton Golf Course, Bass Audiology and Western Tavern; a storage building owned by the town; fence separating the property of Joseph and Carole Barry from Hoy’s Beach; a garage door; and numerous street signs.
