Lake City Bank Announces Local Promotions

WARSAW — Lake City Bank has promoted various people at its local branches.
- Mary Lepird has been promoted to vice president, talent management officer.
In this position, Lepird leads the recruitment activities, including identifying, hiring and maintaining quality talent for all areas of the bank. She has been with the bank for 22 years.
Lepird is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds an SHRM-CP certification. She is also a part of the Diversity and Inclusion Task Force at Lake City Bank.
- Stacy Price has been promoted to vice president, financial analyst.
In this position, Price is responsible for profitability reporting, incentive compensation planning and reporting, management reporting and data analytics. She has been with the bank for 16 years.
Price earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University South Bend (IUSB). She is a Habitat for Humanity of Kosciusko County board member.
- Matt Smith has been promoted to vice president, special assets officer and manager.
In this position, Smith works with loan officers and customers to resolve commercial loan issues and risk-related issues associated with the loan approval process. He has been with the bank for nine years.
Smith volunteers with Junior Achievement, Lake City Bank Reality Stores and the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
- Kelli Cook has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer at the Pierceton branch.
In this position, Cook leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships.
She has been with the bank for eight years. Cook is the secretary of the Beta Delta Chapter of Tri Kappa and the co-chair of Ladies Night Out.
- Kathy Madden has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer at the Warsaw West branch.
In this position, Madden leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and supports office staff in their efforts to provide quality service and build customer relationships. She has been with the bank for eight years.
Madden is the secretary of Kosciusko Rural Electric Membership Corp. (KREMC) Operation Round-Up, the treasurer of the Committee to Commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and a member of the Noon Optimist Club. Madden volunteers with Junior Achievement.
