Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 6:31 a.m. Sunday, March 6, CR 950W, south of CR 125N, Warsaw. Driver: Timothy L. Banghart, 61, South SR 19, Mentone. Banghart could not stop his vehicle in time to avoid hitting a tree that had fallen onto the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
