Robert Fowerbaugh

SYRACUSE — Robert B. Fowerbaugh, 51, 411 N. Main St. Apt. 1, Syracuse, was arrested Tuesday, March 22, following an investigation on a report of child pornography.

Syracuse Police made the arrest and have charged him with possession of child pornography, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. He is being held on a $5,260 surety and cash bond.

Fowerbaugh’s arrest came following an investigation by Syracuse Police of a report of child pornography was being kept at Fowerbaugh’s apartment. During the search, child pornography along with approximately 5 grams of methamphetamine and marijuana were located inside the residence.
