Chamber To Host Two Election Forums

WARSAW – Two election forums are being planned to showcase the numerous contested races in Kosciusko County ahead of the May 3 primary.
Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Rob Parker confirmed forums sponsored by the chamber are being planned for 5 p.m. on April 20 and 27 at the council chambers in Warsaw City Hall.
Parker met with media representatives Wednesday who will serve as panelists.
All of the races involve the Republican candidates vying to be on the ballot in the fall election. No Democrats have filed to run for county-level races.
The April 20 forum will include:
State Representative – Craig Snow and Curt Nisly
County auditor – Rhonda J. Helser and Chasity Sandy
County recorder – Teena Pence and Deb Wright
Commissioner, southern district – Bob Conley, Elaine Kokenge, Brian Pyle and Don Wiesehan.
The April 27 forum will include:
County Sheriff – Kyle Dukes and Jim Smith
County Council District 1 – Kimberly Cates and Todd Davis
County Council District 3 – Tony Ciriello, Scott Clay and Josh Lozano
