WARSAW – The former Steak & Shake building on North SR 15 was being demolished Tuesday, April 26, to make room for a second Culver’s restaurant in Warsaw.

The building northwest of the US 30-SR 15 interchange has sat empty for several years.

Plans for a second restaurant were announced in late February.

Culver’s has already acquired a building permit for the location, according to the city planning department.

The demolition was done by SiteWorx Services of Warsaw.
