WARSAW — Dave Baumgartner was given the oath of office to serve on the Oakwood Cemetery Board on Friday by Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer. He replaces Art Brown who had served since 2014. Baumgartner previously served on the Board of Regents in 2016.
