MENTONE — Destin Green and Jody Brown were the top finishers in the Egg City Run for 2022.
Green and Brown won the men’s and women’s divisions respectively of the 5K, held on Saturday, June 4.
Mentone EMS hosted the event as part of the Mentone Egg Festival. The run was held this year in memory of Lori Miller, a longtime EMS first responder and board member who passed away in April at age 60.

Malinda Miller was the top walker in the event.
Savana Miller, left, and McKenna Lowe placed first and second respectively in the female ages 14 and under category.
Jeremiah Wilson, left, and Isaiah Wilson finished first and second respectively in the male ages 15-24 category.
Adam Heckaman, left, and Chris Koldyke placed first and second respectively in the male ages 35-44 category.
Christina Hoover placed first in the female ages 35-44 category.
Tara Miller placed second in the female ages 35-44 category. With her is Miss America, a doll that her family has fun taking turns keeping.
