Kosciusko County HELP Seeks Community Input Through Survey
Staff Report
WARSAW — Those who want to offer ideas for projects bettering the county and communities within it may offer input through an online survey.
Kosciusko County HELP is seeking input on projects that will benefit the county as well as the towns of Etna Green, Pierceton, Mentone and Milford.
HELP stands for Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program, and it’s run by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs.
OCRA gave the county a $1 million grant to implement HELP, meant to guide the county and the prior mentioned towns who agreed to participate on spending their American Rescue Plan Act funds from the federal government on projects in four categories.
Those categories are: Advancing E-Connectivity, Enhancing Quality of Place, Promoting Community Wellness and Strengthening Local Economies.
