WARSAW — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a Milford woman.

The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of Mary Ann Rassi, an 88-year-old white female.

She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue checkered pajama pants and black shoes and driving a cream 2005 Lincoln Town car with an Indiana plate UEX526.

Rassi was last seen at 9:18 a.m. on Saturday, June 18. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
