Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

• 2:36 p.m. Monday, June 27, 200 block of North Cottage Aveune, Goshen. Officers received report Daniel Ray Moshier, 33, Nappanee, failed to return to lawful custody at 2 a.m. June 25, and is considered AWOL.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 1200 block of Wabash Avenue, Rochester. Victim called police stating she was bloody. Officers advised her to stay inside until they arrived. Medics were sent to the residence.
• 9:18 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, East SR 14 and South CR 800E, Akron. Silver F250 driving recklessly, vehicle all over the road.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, Kercher Road and South Main Street, Goshen. During a traffic stop, officers found Bethany Slabaugh, 25, North CR 1350N, Nappanee, was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. She was released from the scene with a pending court date.
