Lisa Brugh — UPDATED
Lisa A. (Noble) Brugh, 53, North Webster, died in her sleep Saturday, July 16, 2022.
Born Nov. 13, 1968, at Camp Lejeune, N.C. Lisa was the eldest of the three children of John L. Noble Jr. and Kay (Monroe) Noble. After high school, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Indianapolis. Most currently, she worked as a nurse at Grace Village Retirement Community.
Lisa had a glowing and lively spirit, bringing joy to anyone she encountered in her life. She never knew a stranger and considered everyone she met along the way her friend. As the compassionate person she was, Lisa was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, whether that be family, her work family or someone else in the community. In her spare time, Lisa could often be found at the lake, which she referred to as her church. She enjoyed days spent floating in the water, camping with family and being surrounded by nature.
Lisa was a one of a kind, free spirit with a passion for making others smile. Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her granddaughter, Amelia. It was important to Lisa to pass on her love of life to her granddaughter. Some of her most cherished memories in life were of the times she and Amelia spent dancing in the rain with their bare feet in the mud. Lisa had the ability to make even the darkest days bright again and will be eternally missed by all who loved her, and the many lives she touched.
Those who survive with her memories to cherish include her children, Emily Brugh, Logan (Skylar) Brugh and Elizabeth Brugh; her granddaughter, Amelia; her parents, John L. Noble Jr. (fiancèe Linda Land) and Kay Noble; her sister, Jenny (Matt) Spencer; her brother, John (Brian) Noble III; and nephews, John Spencer, Pete Spencer, Jack Spencer and Will Spencer. She is further survived by many friends.
