Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 9:41 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, East Center Street, west of Lincoln Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Danny L. Smith, 74, Robb Road, Warsaw; and Andree R. Beckham, 19, South Sandal Court, Warsaw. Smith’s and Beckham’s vehicles collided. Damage: Up to $10,000.

Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 5:02 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, CR 45 and Sunnyside Avenue, Dunlap. Drivers: Leander Rabe, 55, Elkhart; and Clemence Beechy, 63, Nappanee. Rabe complained of pain to the head and legs. Rabe failed to stop at the stop sign and struck Beechy’s vehicle. Rabe was taken to Elkhart General Hospital.
