ELKHART — The Elkhart County Parks will offer a Bike Hike from 9-11:30 a.m. this Saturday, Sep. 3, along the Pumpkinvine Nature Trail.

This outing will introduce first-timers and regular visitors to the beauty and splendor of the Pumpkinvine Trail and will also provide an opportunity to ride with others.

Bikers will join a naturalist for a 10-mile ride through the countryside. The ride will start at Abshire Park in Goshen from which participants will travel 5 miles to CR 33 intersection and turn around for a 5-mile return back to Abshire Park.

All bikers must provide their own bicycle, helmet and water bottle.
