WARSAW — Envoy Sina Locke was presented with a Certificate of Completion for a course of study she finished through the College for Officer’s Training of The Salvation Army in Chicago.

In June 2019, she was installed along with her husband Envoy Ken Locke as administrators of The Salvation Army Worship and Community Center in Warsaw. She was required to complete the classes for that position.

Envoy Sina Locke was promoted to the rank of Envoy in April 2021 and finished the course in the fall of last year.

Major Wes Green presented the certificate to her Sunday, Aug. 28, representing Divisional Headquarters in Indianapolis.
